Would you have a copy of the wiring diagram of the generator

good afternoon, I need a diagram of the adaptation you made, I think it is compatible with sr4, the one I am trying to repair has between f1 and f2 of exitatris 4 ohms, AVC63-12 (compatible with vr6a) trips and opens the fuses, thank you

I have this exact unit. Would I be better off fixing and flipping it as a light plant or turn it into a tow behind power plant? I'm also not sure where to begin to check the wiring. The engine runs really well and just needs some maintenance and tuning. Thank you!

I have an early 40's Kohler 1A21 and a 1950 3.5A21. Both run excellent, make good power, and people love to hear them run at iron shows. I use them to power everything in the display I have. It's a bunch of fun to show people the old equipment doing its job and doing it well.

I have a 3-71 in my boat that was built in 38, and it was modified along the way and doesn't use a head gasket, I rebuilt it several years ago and it was a wonderful experience for me as i had. never worked on a diesel engine. I just work on my own engines. not a mechanic.It took me three months as it was in my boat in the marina and i did a whole bunch of research and had help from friends. One friend gave me a great navy publication called a students manual for gray marine diesel, publiched 1943 and another guy gave me a factory service manual for the 2-71 engine published in 1972. and i find many diesel mechanics will waste time on the phone talking about their favorite engines the 2 stroke detroits. not to mention videos on you tube covering every aspect of rebuilding these motors. I love this engine it is so trouble free and the physics and engineering in it are fun to learn about. I wish i had found diesel engines when i was young.

I just dug up a 550 chipper, had never heard of the brand but ive immediately been met with plent of people who have good memories with it. Very interesting. This chipper i found looks quite Fd up and i dont know anything about mechanics so. I just hope this cool thing doesn't go to waste. I dont want to scrap it

I remember hearing that the length of the hot tube affects the ignition timing, maybe it was the wrong length tube fitted originally or maybe because it's running on gas now, it may need slightly different timing? So cool tho and runnimg quite well in the vid.

You are saying that this generator side would have to be totally rebuilt because there not made that way no more .

The gas pressure needs to be higher and then the intake valve pressure turns up so it don’t leak gas, because the spring equals out the gas pressure and when the engine sucks it makes the negativ pressure on the valve and it lets a Big part of gas in. More gas more power baby. You need to look at you exhaust valve-rod i Think there is a to Big gabe when it is full closed. Exhaust valve problem first, before more gas pressure problem

Black exhaust usually means unburned fuel ⛽ !!? So you maybe have to check the fuel system for leaks or whatever it needs to burn less fuel !?

A tractor grill on a generator is a cool feature! Your electrical design and wire routing is perfect x 10. More young people need to get into the trades and learn to do quality work such as this! Thank you!

We had two of them on the dairy farm one attached to the side of 400 internationl tractor. Another on a two wheel cart pto driven. Worked great.

Attatch a hose to the airfilter, and it will stop the stink-bugs and other nasty things from getting in there...

Don’t put your fingers in by the fan. That starter button is there and could be hit, starting ythe engine, disconnect the battery before doing anything

Gets dangerous due to hitting a bump at around 65 70 causes my 96 to go into a death wobble that u have to pull over in order to get it stopped. Avoid holes !!

That turbo whisle is piercing through the air like a bullet ...music to my ear...cat engines lives forever...very well made not like the computerised crap stuff of today...keep up the good work and good luck with your neighbours....

TRY PLACING A GAS “REGULATOR” ON THE FUEL LINES! LP/PROPANE GAS IN MOST ALL CASES MUST BE REGULATED SO THE FLOW AND QUALITY OF WHICHEVER IS FED FOR THE BEST ENGINE PRODUCTIVITY!

The hit and miss motor is made to run under a load to operate a pump. You have no load.
